Reporting a factual error
If something on this site is wrong or out of date, we want to know. It helps if you include:
- The page URL and the sentence that is wrong — quoting it is faster than describing it.
- Which country you are asking about. Nearly every tax, availability and regulation answer on this site depends on it: Asia is not one market, and a rule that holds in Singapore usually says nothing about India, Vietnam or Pakistan.
- A source, if you have one — ideally the regulator, tax authority or the exchange's own documentation.
Factual errors that affect a financial, tax or safety decision are corrected as a priority, and the page's update date changes when the correction is published. We correct the page itself rather than quietly deleting it.
What we cannot help with
- We have no access to any exchange, wallet or bank account — yours or anyone else's.
- We cannot unlock, restore or verify an account with an exchange, and we cannot contact them on your behalf.
- We cannot recover a lost seed phrase or password. Nobody can. If a service claims otherwise, it is a scam.
- We do not give personal investment, tax or legal advice. For your own obligations, ask a qualified professional in your country.
Nobody writing on behalf of this site will ever ask you for a seed phrase, a private key, a password or a wallet-recovery file. If someone contacts you claiming to be from BitcoinChurchAsia and asks for any of these, it is not us — do not reply, and do not send funds.
